Alliances

The Centre for Coaching is aligned with two great institutions that support and inspire its actives – the UCT Graduate School of Business, one of Africa’s premier business schools, and New Ventures West, the leading coaching school in the US. It also has alliances with Coaching Matters and the Associate Coach Network.

UCT Graduate School of Business: The Centre for Coaching is a joint venture between the Centre for Coaching (Pty) Ltd and the UCT Graduate School of Business (UCT GSB). It is located at the GSB Campus and integrates seamlessly into the tertiary institution’s activities.

New Ventures West: The International Coach Federation (ICF) ranked the New Ventures West (NWV) coaching school as one of the best in the US. James Flaherty, a coaching professional with over 18 years of coaching and training experience heads the institution. The Centre for Coaching and New Ventures West collaborate on course design and develop programmes for the South African market.

Coaching Matters (Pty) Ltd: Coaching Matters is a separate company through which the Centre for Coaching offers in-house and customised coaching programmes for organisations wishing to introduce and embed a coaching culture. One-on-one coaching interventions are also offered.

Associate Coach Network: The Centre for Coaching and Coaching Matters utilise a satellite business model to deliver on large projects. A select, hand-picked group of professional coaches, trained through our methodology, and contracted to us with stringent service level agreements, is constantly on standby, ready for deployment as and when necessary.
