Tailor-Made Overview

Through its dedicated consultancy company, Coaching Matters PTY Ltd., the Centre for Coaching has created several programmes to address the training needs of organisations. These core programmes are used as a foundation upon which to develop tailored training modules to meet the specific requirements of an organisation.

The key objective is to provide managers and leaders with a relevant and applicable coaching competency, tailored to their organisation’s culture, leadership profile and strategic objectives.
