Mentor Amplifying Talent

Mentor – Amplifying Talent is a one-day workshop designed to introduce and embed the concept of mentorship into the organisation. The modality of mentoring is an ancient but much misunderstood one. Its label and application are often an excuse for variable and ineffective interactions with people, or an excuse to give meaningless and irrelevant advice.

Mentor is designed to equip mentors and mentees alike with a clear understanding of certain key points:

• The role and responsibility of both mentor and mentee.
• The difference between mentoring and other ways of interacting (i.e. counselling or managing.
• The core skills to be an effective mentor.
• The role of a mentor.
• The tools needed to be comfortable to conduct an ongoing mentoring relationship.

Coaching matters takes and integral approach to mentoring. Its mentoring training is steeped in the principles of communication that are most effective fro helping adults to learn and uses fully fledged and trained integral coaches and facilitators in this process.
